RETURNS POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must inform us via email within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Postage charges for returned items are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Wren and Moss.

Please, where possible repack your item/s using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Please ensure you pack your returned item/s to prevent any damage to the item/s or presentation box where applicable. 

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item/s unless your item is faulty, damaged on delivery, or you have received an incorrect item.

In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your item/s or you have received a damaged or faulty item, please email us within 48 hours of your delivery.

If an undamaged item is returned to us outside the 14 day time limit, you will be issued with a credit note at our discretion.

Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will notify you of your refund, replacement, exchange or credit note via email. We will try to process returns as soon as possible once they have been received by us.

We will refund any money owed to you using the same method originally used by you to purchase the item/s. If that is not possible, we will contact you via telephone or email. 

Goods which are returned to us broken, damaged or marked in any way will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
